A home like this is more than its interior. What stays with you is the feeling of it — that everything belongs and nothing is generic, that you are proud to receive people in it, and that it could be no one else's.

And it should come without surrendering your time or your control — and without the failure that is common at this price: a great deal spent on a home where the budget is obvious but nothing belongs together. An ordinary result at an extraordinary price. My work is to deliver the first and prevent the second.

At this level, the person who wins the project is too often not the one who delivers it — you meet the founder, then the work passes to a team you never chose. I built CID Studio to work the other way.

I take on a deliberately limited number of projects at any one time, so each has my full attention — villas from €10 million and typically 650 to 1,200 square metres; apartments and penthouses from €2.5 million and 120 to 320. There is a full studio behind me — designers, visualisers, and the teams who deliver and install — but I lead every project personally and stay in direct contact with you throughout. The result is built around your life and the way you actually want to live, never a signature you would have to live inside.

You set the vision and the things that cannot be compromised. I carry the thousand decisions you have neither the time nor the wish to make.

I work turnkey. The selection, the design decisions, the sourcing, the delivery and the installation are all handled and kept under one accountable hand — the budget, the timeline and the standard held throughout, a full project typically completing in six to eight months. You return to a home that is finished, considered and ready to live in — your time spent living in it, not building it.

Nothing is committed before you have seen it. You sign off the interior from photorealistic renders, virtual tours and video, so the result is defined early and delivered as intended rather than discovered at the end. Through an established network you have access to more than 700 European furniture, lighting and décor houses, with around 90% of the premium pieces and all of the luxury pieces made to order — chosen for your home, never pulled from a single showroom.

The recognition I value most is the kind you cannot frame: a client's face the first time they walk into the finished home, the pride of having made something singular, and the owners who come back for their next project, or send a friend my way.

Different projects have earned recognition of the more public kind over the years — among them a DNA Paris Design Award (2024) and a finalist place at the SBID International Design Awards (2025), with homes featured in AD, Elle Decor, Nuevo Estilo and ABC Mallorca. When a client would like their home put forward for an award or a feature, we prepare the submission; when they would rather it stay private, it stays private. That choice is always theirs.

Most of my clients are international, and most are abroad while the work is underway — including owners preparing a newly bought home before they first arrive. I am your presence on the island when you cannot be — walking each site through the build, catching what only shows itself in person, long before it becomes costly to correct. Clients have come from the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Italy, the United States, Ireland, the UAE, Poland and Kazakhstan.

Discretion is part of the service, not an afterthought. I do not name clients or publish their homes; names, property and project details stay private, and nothing is shared without consent. A good deal of my best work is, by intention, work you will never see here — and for the owners it belongs to, that is precisely the point.
