Home staging
Staging is the fastest way to a finished home. When a property is already built, it is furnished and styled — largely from available pieces — into one considered interior, in a couple of months rather than the better part of a year.
When staging is the right choice
Two kinds of owner ask for it. The first has just bought a home and wants to use it this season, without waiting on a full design project. The second is preparing a prime property to sell or to let, where a resolved, well-furnished interior changes how the home is received — and what it can command — far more than empty rooms ever do.
In both cases the brief is the same: a home that reads as finished and considered, quickly.
What it includes
Furniture, lighting, textiles, décor and art are selected for the specific home and brought together as one interior, then delivered, installed and styled down to the way a room reads when you walk in.
- A furnishing plan for each room
- Furniture, lighting, textiles, décor and art, curated for the home
- Mood collages for quick approval, rather than full renders
- Sourcing largely from available pieces, for speed
- Delivery, installation and final styling
Lighter, and faster
The path is lighter than a signature project: the scheme is presented as mood collages for quick approval rather than full photorealistic renders, and the pieces are drawn largely from stock rather than made to order. Expect roughly two to three months and a smaller budget, with less room to tailor every detail — but the same eye for selection, and a home that reads as finished rather than furnished from a catalogue.
What others call home staging, done to the standard of a home meant to be lived in. Where it later grows into a fuller interior, the thinking carries straight across.
Across Mallorca, and for owners abroad
Staging suits owners who are not on the island, including newly purchased homes made ready before the first visit. The studio works across Mallorca — Palma, Son Vida, Bendinat, Puerto Portals and Andratx among them. I work directly in English and Russian; Spanish and German are available through a dedicated client manager.
The studio's work has been recognised as a Finalist at the SBID International Design Awards 2025 and with a DNA Paris Design Award 2024, and featured in AD, Elle Decor España, Nuevo Estilo, Archiproducts and ABC Mallorca.
Begin a conversation
The best way to know whether the studio is right for your home is a conversation. If you would like to see the work first, the portfolio is sent by email on request.
