It is the engagement to choose when a property is being built, reconfigured or fully reworked, and you want the result defined before anything is committed.
What does the interior design process look like?
Our process is structured to guide you from the first conversation through to the final styling of your home.

Briefing and project scope
We begin by understanding how you live, what you value, your functional needs, aesthetic preferences and budget. We also define the scope of work, the spaces included in the project and the required level of involvement.

Interior design concept
Based on the brief, we develop the creative direction for your home, including layouts, material and colour palettes, furniture and lighting references, and collage boards for the key spaces.

3D visualisation
Once the concept and layouts are approved, we create photorealistic 3D visualisations so you can clearly understand how the finished interior will look and feel before implementation begins.

Full working drawing package
After the design is approved, we prepare the complete set of technical drawings required for construction, joinery, lighting, finishes and other key elements of the project.

Implementation
Construction or renovation begins with the client’s appointed contractor, following the approved architectural and interior design documentation.

Author’s supervision
During construction, we oversee the implementation of the approved design, visit the site, review key details and coordinate adjustments to ensure the final result remains true to the original concept.

Procurement and installation
We manage the sourcing, ordering, supplier coordination, delivery and installation of furniture, lighting, finishes and other selected items.

Final styling and finishing touches
The final stage includes art, textiles, accessories, books and decorative objects that bring depth, character and a sense of completion to the home.
