Signature design project
The signature design project is the studio's most complete commission: a home resolved from the floor plan up and delivered turnkey. It is the engagement to choose when a property is being built, reconfigured or fully reworked, and you want the result defined before anything is committed.
A home designed as one piece
Space planning and the layout of each room, the finishing of walls and floors, lighting, furniture, art and styling are designed together, so the house arrives as one coherent result rather than a set of separate decisions made by separate hands.
A buildable project, not only a beautiful one
The studio produces the full working documentation a contractor needs — dimensions and plans, electrical and lighting positions, the layout of stone, tile and timber floors, finishes and a complete specification — alongside the photorealistic renders, virtual tours and film you sign off before anything is committed. What you approve is what you receive.

The furniture, made for the home
The furnishing is where a turnkey interior is won or lost. Through an established network you have access to more than 700 European furniture, lighting and décor houses — the luxury and premium names that define a high-end interior, from Minotti, Cassina, Poliform and Flexform to B&B Italia, Gervasoni, Cattelan Italia and Vibia — alongside specialist independent makers for pieces that should be one of a kind. Around 90% of the premium furniture and all of the luxury pieces are made to order, chosen for your home rather than pulled from a single showroom.
How a project runs

A private conversation
We talk through the property, how you intend to live in it, and whether we are the right fit for one another. From there I prepare a proposal tailored to the home.

Concept and visualisation
The interior is developed and presented as photorealistic renders, virtual tours and film. You approve it before anything is committed.

Documentation, finishes and sourcing
Working documentation is prepared, finishes are selected and approved, and furniture is ordered — around 90% of premium and all luxury pieces made to order.

Construction and supervision
Where there is building or renovation work, the studio oversees it on site against the approved design, catching any deviation before it becomes costly to undo.

Delivery, installation and styling
Everything arrives, is installed and is styled to completion. You return to a finished home.
Because so much is made to order, the honest timeline is this: concept, visualisation and approval take one to three months; manufacture and delivery then run two to twelve; where permits and building work are involved, that can add three to twelve more. Run in parallel, a full project typically lands in six to eight months.
The practical consequence is to start early. To be ready to move in by Easter, a project should begin no later than the start of October; to be complete by Christmas, we should be in conversation by early July.
Author's supervision, through the build
Where a home is being built or reworked, the design is only as good as its execution, so supervision is part of the signature project. Through the construction and finishing works the studio visits the site regularly, records progress, checks it against the approved drawings and specification, and works with the contractor on the technical questions that arise.
This is deliberately not a builder's role. The studio does not carry out the works or take responsibility for the quality of the contractor's trade — it checks the work for conformance to the design, so a deviation is caught while it is still cheap to correct rather than discovered at the end, when undoing it costs real time and money. The finished home matches the home you approved.
Across Mallorca, and for owners abroad
The studio works across the island on prime residential interiors — Palma de Mallorca, Son Vida, Bendinat, Puerto Portals and Andratx among them. Much of the work is for owners who are not on the island while it happens, including newly purchased homes made ready before they first arrive. I work directly in English and Russian; Spanish and German are available through a dedicated client manager.
The studio's work has been recognised as a Finalist at the SBID International Design Awards 2025 and with a DNA Paris Design Award 2024, and featured in AD, Elle Decor España, Nuevo Estilo, Archiproducts and ABC Mallorca.
